This is SUCH a valuable perspective. I think so many authors figure that once they get a book deal, that's the end of the rainbow and the solution to all of their anxieties, but I think people need to know that even writers who've had big-five deals and sold well are still growing and evolving and taking risks.
If there’s anything I’ve learned, it’s that there really is no end of the rainbow! It’s the balance between pushing yourself to new heights and enjoying the ride along the way.
